Last spring, RevJen launched an initiative to make our R-Squared Peer Groups available virtually to 100 nonprofit and social enterprise leaders across the country, at no cost for the remainder of 2020. Those seats filled quickly, and the response has been overwhelmingly positive. So, we’ve now extended that offer with additional seats – still at no cost, now through March 2021.
Our mission to serve nonprofit and social enterprise leaders remains unwavering, and as such we will continue to do our part. These seats are for CEOs/Executive Directors, CDOs/Development Directors, CPOs/Program Directors, as well as other key leadership staff members. Each leader will be placed in a peer group segmented by common job function, or can elect to join a group with multiple functions represented.
Nonprofit and social enterprise leaders face challenges and opportunities every day – often tackling important decision-making alone. It doesn’t need to be this way.
There is power in community.
R-Squared Peer Groups were created exclusively for nonprofit leaders – to empower them with the support of a diverse, nationwide community of like-minded peers. R-Squared provides a structured, facilitated experience that allows leaders to dedicate the time to invest in themselves. Time to gather … to learn … to brainstorm … to progress.

Our thoughtful structure
Each peer group is comprised of up to twelve nonprofit leaders who share similar organizational responsibilities. Guided by a professionally trained RevJen Facilitator, members meet monthly for four hours to tackle real time issues, share best practices, and engage in valuable dialogue.
Our proven process
Each month, members bring what is most pressing to the table. Funding, downsizing, sustainability, board engagement, operations, leading through disruption, executive transition plans – nothing is off limits.
