The Challenge

WE HOLD BACK IMPACT

One of the most impactful ways we can create change for the changemakers is by fostering a sense of acceptance and reframing the feeling that investing in the development of organizations and their leaders takes away from the mission.

The Opportunity

UNLEASH THEIR GREATEST IMPACT YET

We are looking for philanthropic partnerships to help us do just that.  You can help support our efforts to drive human and financial sustainability in the social sector through one of our initiatives (a group of funders aligned by a cause) or through direct support to your existing portfolios. This will unlock our programs for the organizations and their teams:

Peer Groups

Revjen's Peer Groups were created exclusively for nonprofit leaders – to expand their network, build community, and increase access to much-needed resources. Conducted virtually, our Peer Groups provide a safe, confidential space for leaders to tackle real-time issues, opportunities, and challenges.

Leaders are able to:

  1. 1

Work through their most pressing leadership challenges and opportunities.

  2. 2

Listen and learn from other's experiences.

  3. 3

    Gain perspective and insight.

  4. 4

    Share experiences to help others.

Fuelworks: Revenue Infrastructure

Fuelworks, our dynamic revenue workshops, give nonprofit leadership teams the tools to reframe their approach to revenue – from the ground up. The workshops build from session to session, giving leaders the dedicated time to work on their organization, not just in it.

Leadership teams are aligned as they explore:

  1. 1

    Revenue Model + Strategy

  2. 2

    Organizational Design

  3. 3

    Resource Allocation.
