As a facilitator for Revjen’s Peer Groups, Paula supports the career growth and leadership development of nonprofit leaders. Previously, Paula was an award-winning nonprofit executive for 19 years, including roles as President/CEO of two large, complex health and human services organizations. She oversaw a wide range of programs including affordable housing, aging and disabilities services, community justice, mental health, and youth residential treatment. Paula enjoyed using her business skills in mission settings after nearly two decades as a retail and marketing executive at the department store division of Target Corporation. Paula has served on numerous local and national boards and is an active community volunteer. Her strengths include governance, strategic planning and implementation, and organizational development.

Outside of work Paula enjoys living close to family in Dallas, a wide variety of physical exercise, cooking and reading. She completed Stanford’s Executive Education Program for Nonprofit Leaders, has a Master’s in Organizational Leadership from St. Catherine University, and a B.A. in Philosophy from Carleton College, where she graduated magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa.
