Joli is an accomplished leader, board director, and professionally trained facilitator with over 40 years of experience across the private and nonprofit sectors. She has held senior leadership roles at global organizations including Nestlé, Tropicana, and Vitality Beverages, leading international marketing and business operations. She also brings an investment lens as a founding member of a private equity firm focused on middle-market growth, recapitalizations, and buyouts.

In the nonprofit sector, Joli most recently served as the Founding Executive Director of GreenLight Fund Atlanta, where she partnered with community leaders to invest in innovative solutions that advance economic mobility. She also served as the 25th National President of Jack and Jill of America, Incorporated, and is known for her collaborative leadership style and ability to convene diverse stakeholders to drive meaningful impact.

A RIVA-trained facilitator, Joli brings structure, insight, and engagement to her work with teams and organizations. She holds a BBA from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

In her spare time, Joli enjoys traveling and mentoring young people.
