Grounded in our work with hundreds of non-profit organizations across the U.S., RevJen has recently launched our newest offering geared for nonprofit boards of directors. In this customized experience, the RevJen team will design a customized 2-3 hour interactive workshop to share ways that nonprofit boards can support work of leadership teams to address root causes vs. symptoms of revenue challenges and build organizational revenue capacity that works for all types of revenue (e.g. philanthropy, earned revenue, government, etc.). During the time together, board leaders will explore a strategic approach to revenue generation that helps their organizations nonprofits maximize their impact.
