Why are you passionate about RevJen’s work?
RevJen takes a wholistic approach to solving challenges within the nonprofit space. However, their solutions and philosophy could really be applied within any organization. The systematic approach, the clarity of their models and expertise of their team makes them best in class!
If you could wave a magic wand and change one thing about the nonprofit sector, what would it be?
Elevate and sophisticate! Nonprofit organizations are the key to creating change in our communities. There is no doubt that missions are compelling and the work is beyond admirable, however, I see so many nonprofit organizations operating on a shoe-string budget with lackluster systems and technology. These organizations deserve to be elevated in order to operate at the level of excellence necessary to match the impact that they expect to make. I’d love to see all nonprofits function at the level of sophistication that they deserve.

On a soccer field cheering on my 13-year old son or my 12-year old daughter. Most often times, I’m cheering on both kids reminding them that we don’t expect them to be the best players on the field, but to always deliver their best in attitude and effort.
Kerri is passionate about coaching others to reach their highest potential and building sustainable organizations. She asks the hard questions and she often addresses the elephant in the room rather than tip-toeing around it. Her philosophy of ‘doing things right’ brought her to the world of Organizational and Leader Development. The foundational principle of Kerri’s work is ensuring that ‘audio matches video,' that is - making sure that the mission, vision and values of the organization match that of their leaders' behaviors and strategic direction. It is this philosophy that has allowed her to serve a multitude of people and organizations across a variety of industries.
In addition to founding and leading KT Consulting, Inc., Kerri has also served as the Executive Vice President of People & Culture of DocuTAP a Warburg Pincus software company and the Interim Vice President of People and Culture for Tower Systems, Inc.
Kerri’s formal education includes a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration in Management and Finance from the University of Nebraska and an MBA from the University of South Dakota. She also SPHR / SHRM-SCP certified as well as she has taken and passed the Series 7, Series 66 and Life and Health Insurance exam. Kerri’s most important role is that of wife to her husband, Jeremy, and mother of two, Cooper and Kennedy.
