Fuel Series Cohort Workshop –
Revenue Capacity Building

According to a recent survey, four of the top five challenges nonprofit leadership teams continue to face are all revenue related. At RevJen, we think of building organizational revenue capacity like constructing a house; it takes a solid foundation before you build the rest. Our workshop is designed to teach nonprofit executive teams how to address root causes versus symptoms of revenue challenges and build organizational revenue capacity that works for all types of revenue (e.g. philanthropy, earned revenue, government, etc.).  Utilizing our approach, leadership teams align revenue generation across the organization around a 5-part revenue framework, a common language, and have the dedicated time to work on their organizational not just in it.

The workshop is a series of one-day intensives that provide leadership teams with the time, space, and process to create the foundational and strategic priorities from which to build their organizational revenue infrastructure. To create an optimal learning experience, RevJen designs each cohort to include six to eight organizations of a similar budget size in their lifecycle.  There are two options –

In-person:

The in-person workshop is a series of one-day intensives that provide leadership teams with the time, space, and process to create the foundational and strategic priorities from which to build their organizational revenue infrastructure. To create an optimal learning experience, RevJen designs each cohort to include six to eight organizations of a similar budget size in their lifecycle.

Virtual:

RevJen now offers a blended learning experience across 6 weeks that includes minimal pre-work along with a weekly virtual session, coaching and the dedicated time for your team to create the foundational and strategic priorities to build your organizational revenue infrastructure.
