Courtney Collins is a seasoned Operations and Finance leader with a proven ability to drive transformative change in the nonprofit sector. As Chief Operating Officer at the Atlanta Wealth Building Initiative (AWBI), Courtney spearheads efforts to innovate and build Black wealth, overseeing HR, accounting, finance, and policy functions while shaping the organization’s culture.
Previously, Courtney was the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Administration at the Atlanta Police Foundation, where she successfully raised $4M for a new youth center and enhanced financial strategies. Her experience also includes serving as Vice President of Business Operations at Our House, Inc., where she led post-merger integration and financial management.
