Describe an average day for you.

Engaging. Fulfilling. Eye-opening.

Why are you passionate about RevJen’s work?

Because building an organization that has a solid revenue infrastructure is something that can be learned and with revenue generation as nonprofit leaders biggest challenge it is a problem that can be solved in my lifetime.

If you could wave a magic wand and change one thing about the nonprofit sector, what would it be?

That the entire sector embraces, understands, and has fun with revenue generation so that even funders begin to have “revenue officers” and “revenue teams” in addition to “program officers” and “Program teams.” Revenue generation doesn’t have to be seen as a negative and exhausting experience. Tackling big challenges can be as fun as it is rewarding.

Finish this sentence: “On Saturday mornings you can usually find me…”

With a cup of coffee, looking out my living room window, wondering what projects I can tackle outside that day while my children ask why I can’t just sit still. 😊
